Honduras: Increased risk of screwworm myiasis, protect wounds from insects 

Mexico: Human bird flu infection in Durango state, avoid contact with birds and animals, follow hygiene measures. Increase in measles in Chihuahua state, ensure vaccination is up to date. Increasing pertussis, check vaccination status. 

Panama: Oropouche fever outbreak, avoid insect bites, reconsider travel if pregnant 

Peru: Yellow fever infections increasing, vaccination recommended, avoid mosquito bites 

St. Lucia: Increase in norovirus infections, follow hygiene measures 

Afghanistan: Increase in measles infections, ensure vaccination is up to date 

Australia: Increase in melioidosis in Far North Queensland, avoid contact with contaminated water, mud or soil. Measles outbreak in Victoria and Western Australia, ensure vaccination is up to date. 

Fiji: Dengue outbreak, avoid mosquito bites 

Indonesia: Dengue outbreak, avoid mosquito bites 

Japan: Increasing pertussis, ensure vaccination is up to date 

Myanmar: Health implications following earthquake, select safe food and water, be aware of health risks 

Papua New Guinea: Polio detected in environment in Lae (Morobe province), ensure vaccination is up to date 

Philippines: Increased dengue activity, avoid mosquito bites
