Cuba: Chikungunya in Matanzas province, avoid mosquito bites 

Honduras: Increase in respiratory illnesses, ensure vaccinations are up to date, follow hygiene measures 

Paraguay: Increase in respiratory illnesses, ensure vaccinations are up to date, follow hygiene measures 

Peru: Increasing pertussis, check vaccination status. Yellow fever infections increasing, vaccination recommended, avoid mosquito bites. 

Uruguay: Increase in varicella (chickenpox), ensure vaccination is up to date, follow hygiene measures

American Samoa (US): Dengue infections reported, avoid mosquito bites

Bangladesh: Bird flu infections reported in Chattogram and Khulna divisions, avoid contact with birds, follow hygiene measures. Increasing chikungunya in Dhaka city, avoid mosquito bites.
